I haven't heard anything, but here's what the state of DVD is right now.

Paramount has announced that it will release DVDs this summer. Don't expect Indy to be among them though. Another thing that has to be looked at is that Speilburg reportedly likes DVD, yet won't release any of his films until a million DVD players are sold. That goal should be reached by the holidays.
In the book, "George Lucas: The Creative Impulse" it says that Lucas has plans to eventually release Young Indy on DVD some time in the future. He states that they will contain information about the topic of the episode. For example, in an episode about the blues, the DVD will contain extras about blues. That's all I know. I don't know how long it will be however, before any of these things actually happen.
