I'd give them another call, as email doesn't seem to do the trick. Oh, and just out of curiousity, when did you order the jacket? I also ordered one and am expecting it to arrive soon, I hope, so if yours is near completion, I might know how to estimate the arrival of mine...I'd call, but my phone bills are already high, and I just spent near $500 on Indy gear...
