all that talk about Hitler killing himself via ark

It was good that Indy went after the ark. Belock(sp) might have not opened it. Indy couldn't tell the future. He couldnt sit there. Marcus says,"An army that carrys the ark before it is invincible." "Dont worry Marcus,The Nazis will open it and kill themselvs."
Even if they did open it, more Nazis would have came to investigate the disapearence of the Nazi archaelologists. They would have died. This may happen several times then they would stop opening it. Then they would have posession of the ark.
