: On Raiders at the end when the Nazi's board Katanga's ship, you can see on one gun that a cork or something is in the tip of a rifle! And on LC at the end when Donovon is giving his speech before killing Dad, if you look at the guns the barrel look like they were blotted out with black "slugs" as they call it. Like on the emperor's cloak on ROTJ. On ToD and the rest of the Indy movies, the guns seam to be out of date. Hmmm, Lucas and Spielberg'll never learn about these mistakes. See ya, Shorty.
: "I'll blow up the Ark Rene!" -Indy, Raiders.

That's not all. In "Oganga, The Giver and Taker of Life" as Indy is leading the African troops in the attack against the German lines in the opening sequence, he leads the charge against the orders of the Captain when the Germans use their death machine or Machine Gun on the field of battle as he sees it jam up. The troops race to the lines and the machine gun unjams and takes down more Belgian-Africans. Indy sees this, picks up his rifle (which clearly does not have a bayonet attached to it) and runs toward the entrenched gun. The next shot we see of Indy, his rifle has a bayonet attached to the barrel! He even uses the bayonet to stab one of the gunners.
