Not new footage, but in widescreen you get more image since there's twice the screen to see. I seem to be having problems with my copies though. This is the 3rd box set I've gone through and had to return all four tapes (!) 'cause each was screwed up. I'm going again tomorrow to get my 4th set. If third times a charm, and it isn't, then what's fourth?
