Good press?? You must be kidding... You can almost tell what kind of music the other person has in mind every time you introduce yourself as a city/state archaeologist, or someone trained as an anthropologist. (However, not so much on the later, as many people don't even know what an anthropologist is, or actually do) I don't blame the professors for having little or any respect for Indy, as the character has contributed to much stereo-typing and treasure-hunting fantasies about their profession.

Many young Indy-DAZED students get into anthropology/archaeology only to change their college major somewhere down the line, when they found out that things are not as glamorous as the movies.. that's the part most professors are concern about... no doubt, it generated more students for the department.

Of course, the other better route for Indy fans is film-making...
