Has anyone talked to Swales lately?

I know we keep posting this, but it's getting ridiculous. I ordered my fedora from Herbert Johnson in August. A couple months ago Mr. Swales said it would be here by Christmas. Well, that doesn't look like it's going to happen unless Santa drops it down my chimney.

Has anyone talked to Mr. Swales recently? If you have, or are planning to, please post an update as to the status of our orders.
