Where do I get Meltonian shoe cream? I've heard all about it but cannot find a place to buy it. And where can I get Fiebings leather dye?

Oh yeah one other thing
I've seen some pictures of Wested leather Jackets that I really do not care for the color of. Is there a leather dye I can buy to change the color of mine if I get it and don't like it?
