Bushman at HatsDirect

I took a look a the "Indy" hats offered by HatsDirect (http://www.hatsdirect.com/indy.html) and I noticed somethin' fishy about the Akubra Bushman. What's up with the 2 air holes on the side of the hat? They aren't on the David Morgan Bushman. Plus, the ribbon is different. 'Sup with that? Who would want an Indy hat with 4 holes in it?
