... George Lucas lives up there in Marin County, and has LucasFilm, Skywalker Ranch and Industrial Light and Magic all located up there (Marin County is beautiful, but very expensive to live there! :( ) - with LucasArts nearby there in San Rafael.

I guess filming on his own property saved him a lot of time and money (he owns many acres of land in Marin County)! :)
