Stuck in Shambala!

Please can someone help me. I have just started the Shambala level and have gone through the courtyard, up onto the roof. I shot a glass window above and then dropped a level to pick up some treasure. In front of me is a dip with a sloped edge that I cannot jump. In short, I am stuck and cannot seem to go either forward or backward! Any suggestions? Please e-mail me if you can. Thanks & Happy Millenium Year to you all!
