About 3 and 4:

If #3 happens, I'd say it'll likely be very early in the year (like the "Star Wars: SE") to avoid competition from new movies (and hopefully all three movies would be re-released).

As for #4, there is no way will "Indy IV" be released on Memorial Day 2002. Maybe, if that is the year (personally my bet is 2003 or 2004), it would be on July 4th weekend, but "Star Wars: Episode II" will almost certainly be released on (or about a week before like "Ep I") Memorial Day of that year.
