Weber is the fat guy (sorry, best description) at the airport in 'Temple of Doom', just before Indy, Marion & Shorty fly off in Lao-Tze's cargo plane. You can tell which one is Weber because he says "Dr. Jones, this is positively the last time our airline can hold a plane for you. Now you must hurry...". He then says to Willie something like "Aren't you the famous singer, Willie Scott?".

There's no real closeup of him, but when he speaks you can tell it's Dan Aykroyd. Also of note is that ToD came out in 1984, whereas the Spielberg-directed '1941' - in which Aykroyd plays Sergeant Frank Tree came out in 1979. That's probably how Aykroyd got the cameo part...
