Raiders Novelization - help, info needed!

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and am looking for some information on the Raiders novelization. Specifically, does anyone know what the cover looked like on the first edition? My old copy that I've had since childhood has kind of a red metallic cover with the movie poster art in the middle. In my searching through used book stores, I've seen this same basic design in different colors; blue, green and gold seem to be the most common in my area. I assume the color was changed with different printings, the way the Star Wars novelization changed color over the years. Can anyone confirm this and/or provide more information? And what about the version that has a photo of Indy and Marion on the cover? Where does that fit in?
