I love dress hats! But I cant afford a fir felt so I settle with the next best thing

Fir lite! My hat is manufactured by Baily. It is 10% fir and 90% wool. I got it in downtown olympia. Does anybody know where I can get my hat blocked? It is starting to go lopsided. I take good care of my hat. I brush it daily. Unfortunatly, the people around me dont always feel the way I do. It has taken a beating! Its been thrown, steped on, crumpled into a ball, slapped, beaten, and touched by greasy hands at lunch! Luckily, I sprayed it with scotch guard so the grease didnt penitrate and turn the felt pink. Oh, the crown shrank a bit.
