Has anyone else been to Kauai, Hawaii? Just inside Nawiliwili Bay you can rent royaks and go inland about 2 miles to the South America 1936 setting in the opening scenes from Raiders. You'll be the river where the pontoon plane took off after Indy swings on a vine into the water. When you reach the end of the river which narrows to impassable you get out and hike through the jungle bout a half mile to a road then walk to a waiting van to shuttle you back. On this road you can see the field where Indy is racing like a striped-ass ape away from the tribesmen. This is the same field in Jurrasic Park where Allen Grant and the 2 kids jump behind a downed tree to avoid the stampede. I took photos of this and matched them up when watching the videos. The mountain ranges are the same angles where I was standing.
