I'm currently browsing the game's data files, looking for the samples.
They will probably be compressed with some internal Lucasarts' algorithm, anyway. If it's something along the lines of vox, I will decompress them. :) But I'm sure that even if I rip something, I won't be upping it anywhere, since the files will probably be very large... You can always record the music via soundcard's output and sample it yourself. I may just do that. :)
