Doesn't apply to "Raiders."

I'm not sure about "Temple." This just appears to be a continuity error which is common in pictures with as much going on as the Indy films. However this jacket problem doesn't apply to "Raiders." Indy does leave his jacket aboard the Bantu Wind when he jumps overboard and climbs on the sub and this is the last time we see the Wested for the rest of the movie. From that point on he either goes jacketless or wears his stolen Nazi uniform.
