The Last Crusade original script called for a smoking scene while Indy, Dad, and Sallah watch the tank column:

Indy asks Sallah to run to their car for some cigarettes while they plan their next move, BUT
Sallah had not packed Indy's preferred Lucky Strikes, only bringing his own brand.
Indy becomes IRATE at Sallah bringing the wrong brand and screams, "I SAID NO 'CAMELS'!"

Spielberg threw out the scene, but for some reason kept that line of dialogue...
