I highly reccommend the Making of Raiders video. It gives a great look at how they did some of the stunts and you get to see all the cool behind the scenes footage. There are two shows on the tape, one of which is hosted by Harrison Ford; and both of the features on the tape were made back in '81. I have not seen the other Indy video, yet.
