: Think about it, he falied to save alecia, dierdre and elsa, and for all he knew, HE ACTUALLY KILLED MARION and almost killed willie (one exception) I thought this was interesting how once again his character breaks the mold of "action hero" and comes across as a fallable (sp?), human, and sometimes bumbling guy, who can't help but get pulled in to danger by what he loves or believes in. We never really understand why Bond didn't commit to a woman, but that's because indy is a much deeper character. He lost two women that he loved when he was supposd to save them. That fact makes the films and books even better. Another side of his character is his almost complete disbelief or atleast skepticism about the supernatural. This was obviously caused by his dad's total acceptance and belief in these things and therefore abandonment of Indy. Just something to think about, let me know what you all think.

Huh?
