In Raiders: Guy who falls off of back of truck into car windshield

In Temple: When Indy is pushed on cart into band, the band member screams as he falls.
Also, in the beginning car chase, Indy shoots one of Lao Che's men and he falls off the car and screams.
Also, when the crocs are chewing on clothes, there's a Wilhelm scream.

In Crusade: When one of the Brothers of the Cruciform sword gets blastes by a grenade, he screams as he rolls down the hill.

Young Indy: Trenches of Hell (when trenches are overrun a guy gets stabbed), Phantom Train of Doom (during tight rope walking sequence), Daredevils of the Desert (a guy flies into the air from mortar blast), and Attack of the Hawkmen (guy flies out of truck/car).
