Letter from Richard Swales (re: hat delay . . .)

I sent a letter to Mr. Swales last week and got his response today. Here's what he says:

"Thank you for your letter. Re -- your Indy Hat, to bring you up to date, my latest information is, the hats should be with me the second week of February. My very sincere apologies for this huge delay, all thanks to a piece of paper going missing.

Order and receipt safe, etc. Please cease to worry.

Yours sincerely,

Richard Swales"

This news sounds somewhat encouraging. Keep your fingers crossed . . .
