Something I noticed during ToD

Did anybody here ever notice that in the beginning, when Willie
woke Indy up to save the day(as always) his hat looked different
from when he got to the poor hindu village. The hat, on the plane
looked like it hat a small crown, brim was not as long, AND than
when he got to the village, the brim was big and the crown, I think
a little taller. Also, on the bridge the hat looked like that. Just
something I noticed....all these hat things
