I think you misunderstood the term "Dug Czar"

appointed as the new US drug czar. I think the confusion here stems
from that title. The Drug Czar is the head US Law Enforcement Official
assigned by the President to develop and carry out US anti-drug policy

The use of the term "czar" does nor mean to imply that Mr. Ford is
playing the "bad guy." His choosing to hire a new agency, in
addition to his manager, was to facilitate getting involved in
independant films, as opposed to only big studio projects.

My only complaint is that this new movie will push off Indy 4.
Well, here's hoping it doesn't...
