The amazon listing is just a PR gag. You cannot pre-order the DVDs because they no Indy DVD yet. All you can do is put yourself on a list to be notified when the DVDs are released. Signing up helps the amazon guys more that the Paramount executives. Paramout knows that the people what Indy on DVD, they just don't want to release it right now.
