Hey. I don't want to rain on your parade, but didn't the Ark have cherubs on top, rather than eagles? Although, I suppose eagles are easier to find than cherubs... As for the type of wood used, some older Hebrew texts say the Ark was built of acacia wood, rather than shittim wood. I wonder how easy it'll be to find acacia wood. Anyhow, good luck.
