Check out the museum on the site of the Aztec Templo Mayor (Grand Temple) in the Zocalo, just across from the Grand Cathedral and Presidential Palace.
The museum is chock full of Mexican artifacts, including crystal and jade skulls, huge obsidian blades, and other assorted doodads.
And there's a good taco place down the street, too.
