plane mounted guns in attack of the hawkmen...are they authentic or mockups?

Hehe, seems most of my postings deal with the aspect of the weapons used in the indiana jones series movies. :) Guess it is just my niche though.

Was wondering though, the twin mounted guns that indy uses from the cameraman's position, if they are actual guns or something made to look like what they might have been.
I wonder, because they look like they have short clips/magazines protruding out of the handgrip...just as though it might even be a mocked up ingram MAC 10, or other variation...
Also, the shell ejection port is far to rearward of being able seemingly to cycle from the supposed drum magazines attached quite a bit more forward and on top...
If anyone has any comments, please let me know here...thanks...
