Well, I don't know about the pants, but when I ordered the shirt, I ordered the normal size I usually wear and it fits almost perfect, in fact, the only problem I've had is that the sleeves are a just a little bit long, but it is not very noticable. So I'd say use regular sizing when ordering the shirt, you won't be disappointed (or maybe you will, after all, I'm not you, but anyway...).
