: You cannot go wrong with the original Raiders in new finish. I've heard great things about both the hide and the skin. Go with the hide if you like the heavier feel, while the skin will be significantly lighter. The best way to distress a jacket is to wear it - IMHO. Cotton vs satin lining is a taste issue.

To add my opinion regarding the lining, I'd personally suggest the cotton, as we're reading a lot of comments regarding the fact that the satin tends to wear much faster. I have not noted any particular wear with the cotton. Regards. Michaelson
