That's some timeline!

You should note the following, though.

: Early, 1000s: Three Knights (who are brothers) of the first crusade, find the Holy Grail. (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.)

The First Crusade was preached by Pope Urban II in 1095, and Jerusalem fell in 1099. The Knights would have been 1100's rather than 1000's.

: Mid, 1100s: 150 years after finding the Grail two of the three-brother journey out of the desert, only one of the brother makes it back to Europe. Before dyeing of extreme old age he tells his story to Franciscan Friar. (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.)

Saint Francis of Assisi was born in 1182 and died in 1226. A Franciscan, therefore, would at the earliest, date from the mid to early 1200's. This, however, is consistant with the re-dating of the Crusades above.
