I thought that Willie was annoying, too, but that was what made her funny- how she screamed and complained about everything. Especially the scene at the campfire and all the jungle animals, and also the dinner scene. After that she wasn't that funny anymore.
I also like the part where they're in the car, and right after Indy drinks the antidote, she says, "I hope you choke!" But otherwise Temple of Doom was just kind of dark. I did like it alot, though.
