David Morgan whip question...

Hello:
Can anyone who has purchased the David Morgan bullwhip tell me if they were charged for it immediately, or if it was closer to the time it was delivered. I understand it takes about 2 months to manufacture and receive, and am curious if your credit card is charged up front or not.
