: I ordered my Indiana Miller on February 11 over the phone. They weren't even going to ask me for a brim size, and when I told them I wanted 2-3/4" brim I just got a "Yeah" in response. It seems that more than half of the Indiana Miller posters here have gotten the wrong size hat, which is none to reassuring. By the way, has anyone ordered one recently and had it sent by normal shipping? I still haven't gotten mine.

I ordered another one yesterday evening but I opted for 3rd day delivery because I just can't wait. I stated very clearly that I wanted the correct brim size this time...but only time will tell, I'll let everyone know how I made out around tuesday or Wed. it should arrive around then. Asfor you not recieving yours yet...I'd say call em to make sure your order was processed..otherwise you may end up worse than the wrong size hat and have no hat at all!!
