To Whom It May Concern:

The custom made Indy figures are a no-go. You are committing a crime by selling these rip-off figures. Royalties and permission have to be granted for you to do this, and you have not been granted either one. Anyone buying these figures is also subject to fines and/or inprisonment. We are monitoring this situation and will bring litgation and action to those who continue in this crime. We are also going to hold the creator(s) of this forum liable.
