Try the Lucasfilm prop archive book "From Star Wars to Indiana Jones" or the official Raiders Collector's Album. Both have some sketches and photos between them. First book is easier to get though.

Hope this helps. I'm a big fan of the flying wing and would love to see a decent scale model of it.
