How can you hold the owner of Indyfan liable for this? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. In fact, the creator of this site has recently told those who are selling the custom figures not to post about them anymore. So what can you do about it? How about sending a direct memo to those DIRECTLY involved with the production of these figures? They do, in fact, leave their e-mail addresses to get back to them, unlike some people.
