Two inches? On both sides? Yes, I guess you would have some issues to talk over with Peter. That would be my suggestion - describe the problem with your current jacket with Peter. I've always found him to be fair and honest. Be very specific with how your current jacket fits and any specifics you can remember as to how you ordered it - if anything was out of the ordinary there.

Wow, 2 inches? Hmmmm...
