: Mine did that once, but not to the extent I understand yours doing. The inserts above the "rubber" heel are actually wood wedges. I just took my shoe over to a repair shop and they reglued the loose parts back together. Since then, no further problems, and I wear mine everyday, and have since last June. No problems at all.
