Micah is dead-on with the conclusion that such enterprises as this operate using copyrighted property at the discretion of LFL, Hasbro, et al. They allow such enterprises to operate in the spirit of taking care of the fan. The line is crossed when you try to profit.

The solicitation surrounding the figures makes me personally uncomfortable - I am a director level manager of a Hasbro division. Hasbro has exclusive rights to the Star Wars line.

The point is, you never know who is looking. It's great to be a fan, but it does not give you the right to mess with someone else’s' intellectual property. That’s' their livelihood - not yours'. You might as well be making bootleg copies of CD’s. It’s the same as stealing.

Sorry Micah - I felt it ought to be said.
