I have a 32" widescreen tele and digital surround... and I CAN'T WAIT! (nm)

: It depends on your preference. Widescreen has the entire original picture, while 'normal' cuts half the picture off. However, in Widescreen you get the black bars at the top and bottom, and normal fills the entire television screen. I prefer widescreen but it's all a matter of taste.
