It's my personal belief that the PRODUCTION STAFF individual is a troublemaker unaffiliated with Hasbro or any other Lucasfilm licensee, however the points made by this person are valid ones. By making these figures and profitting from them, the pathway to litigation is opened up. Whether Hasbro, Lucasfilm, etc. choose to walk down it is up for debate.

If the PRODUCTION STAFF individual wishes to issue a warning that is useful and taken seriously, he needs to provide the associated parties with a private email on the matter.
