Mighty George Lucas is mighty rich

Hello all,
My local paper, the Daily Press, announced this morning that our mutual buddy George Lucas tops Forbes' list of celebrity earnings for 1999. The reason is, of course, the success of Phantom Menace, which earned Mr. Lucas more than $400 million dollars last year. Maybe this would be a good time to hit him up for a loan... His closest rival for the top spot was Oprah Winfrey, who came in second with a paltry $150 million. Man, think of what a guy could do with that kind of scratch. Why, he could even use his earnings to fund a fourth and final movie about some globe-trotting archaeologist. Nah, who'd want to go to a movie like that?
