help please

As some of you may know I am stationed in the United Kingdom with the USAF. We get some US tv shows over here but not a lot so we want my father-in-law to tape some stuff for us to check out. Here's where the help comes in, Can anyone tell me what network Relic Hunter is on and is it worth the trouble??
