I had similar questions. Peter assured me via email that from all the jackets that they had made, only a small handful had fit problems and that those had been succesfully remedied.

I'm not sure what the remedy was, but Wested seems committed to customer satisfaction.

I'd email for details, but be patient. It may take a week or more for a response.
