What about that time in ToD where two guards jump out and do the arab swordsman bit, and you can faintly hear the Egyptian Marketplace music as Indy goes for his gun only to discover it's not there, and after disarming them both, he chases after the two with whip and sword raised, going "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!", and really suddenly turns and runs off pursued by a whole legion of guards! That was just a really cool and funny scene. Another favorite is the way Indy and the Nazi truck driver chuckle at each other just before the driver gets tossed out.
