...the Toht workout. That's right, laughing like a freaking psycho for no apparent reason, and screaming like a pansy in the face of death. I've done that once or twice on occasion...and I don't want to talk about it any further. :) Oh, and you cannot even THINK to forget the Marcus Brody workout: Getting lost in your own museum and falling off your horse while "leading the way". :)

: Hey Bud. So, you're a fan of the Indy workout, eh? I'm a devotee of the Sallah workout myself; you know, sitting around, cracking jokes, smoking a hooka and eating dates. I've also performed the Marion Ravenwood workout: drinking, drinking and more drinking. Ah... I feel more fit already!

: : Oh, man...I think I pulled a muscle in my hamstring trying to do the "Indy Workout"TM. For those of you who don't know what the Indy workout consists of, here it is, direct from "Harrison Ford, the Imperfect Hero" book (and also a post here on Indyfan a long while back that I remember...):
: : 100 bench presses with 115lb weights
: : 100 leg extensions with 70lb weights
: : 100 leg curls with 50lb weights
: : 100 squats with 100lb weights
: : 200 assorted arm, upper body, and back excercises w/15 to 25lb weights
: : 100 gridiron-style "squat thrusts"
: : Up to 400 situps
: : Whew! I could barely get through the lower body workouts...and I won't even tell you how light the weights are that I used.
: : Anyway, this should teach me to work up to my goal instead of trying to do it all at once. But anyway, my leg isn't that bad; I can still walk, run, jump, hop, climb, swim, kick, roll, do the split, do cartwheels, do a triple flying spinning front flip in midair, followed by three backflips, and land with my body in a perfect arch, all in one flawless motion. :)
