Raiders truck in Saving Private Ryan?

Hey did anyone notice this before? Maybe about 10 or 15 minutes after
the first 30 minutes of combat in Saving Private Ryan when Tom Hanks
and his buddies are given their mission to Save Private Ryan, you can
see a couple of trucks in the background driving around and it looks a
great deal like the truck seen in Raiders. They were looking the way
before Indy had his way with the truck and trashed it up in that epic
battle. :) Can anyone tell me what kind of truck they are (besides
being a Mercedes) and if they are perhaps the same one or if it's just
a coincidence. Any info would be appreciated.
