Whoops, forgot about that one (Watch the Skies)!

Also, the director of Gremlins, Joe Dante is somewhat of a Spielberg admirer so the Indy, E.T., and Close Encounters references would go hand-in-hand. :)

Hmmm...it seems that there's been a lot of fake movie titles in movie history that were designed to throw common folk off. Blue Harvest, A Boy's Life, Watch the Skies, plus that soccer documentary that Spielberg is co-producing which is actually Indy IV in disguise...
